Terms and Conditions for Surf AI Agent

The Service may involve data collection, parsing, and display of publicly available job postings based on user preferences. It is your responsibility to be aware of third-party policy around usage and agentic agents on job sites. We are not held responsible for the third-party site you decide to scan for job listings.


2. Eligibility

If you are under the age of 18, the Company requires that you have your parent or legal guardian review and accept these terms on your behalf, as a condition of visiting and contributing to Company social media. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.


3. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to:

  • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attack service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
  • Take any action that may damage or falsify Surf AI Agent’s rating.
  • Interfere with the proper working of the service.


4. Third-Party Website Interaction

The Service may access and collect job postings from third-party websites that are publicly available. We do not claim ownership over third-party content and do not guarantee its accuracy, legality, or continued availability. By using our Service, you agree:

  • You understand and accept that some job sources may change, restrict, or block access at their discretion.
  • It is your responsibility to comply with any terms of use set by those third-party sites, especially in regards to agentic agents.
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from changes in those third-party sites’ accessibility or content.
