Surf AI Agent offers agentic software solutions (website services or software) that scan publicly accessible job listing websites to aggregate employment opportunities on behalf of users. The Service may involve data collection, parsing, and display of publicly available job postings based on user preferences. It is your responsibility to be aware of third-party policy around usage and agentic agents on job sites. We are not held responsible for the third-party site you decide to scan for job listings.

2. Eligibility

If you are under the age of 18, the Company requires that you have your parent or legal guardian review and accept these terms on your behalf, as a condition of visiting and contributing to Company social media. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, and database rights.
• Circumvent technical restrictions of any websites being scanned.
• Automate or distribute the data we provide without explicit permission.

• In a way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.
• To restrict or inhibit anyone’s ability to use or enjoy the service.
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of service.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attack service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
• Take any action that may damage or falsify Surf AI Agent’s rating.
• Interfere with the proper working of the service.

4. Third-Party Website Interaction

The Service may access and collect job postings from third-party websites that are publicly available. We do not claim ownership over third-party content and do not guarantee its accuracy, legality, or continued availability. By using our Service, you agree:

• You understand and accept that some job sources may change, restrict, or block access at their discretion.
• It is your responsibility to comply with any terms of use set by those third-party sites, especially in regards to agentic agents.
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from changes in those third-party sites’ accessibility or content.

5. User Data and Privacy

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, and original materials developed by Surf AI Agent are our exclusive property. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software or Service without written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. All job information retrieved from third-party sources is subject to change and is not guaranteed by Surf AI Agent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surf AI Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests, without refund.
